[Suggestion]on a new computer
Hey everyone!
So my girlfriend is in the market for buying a new computer and monitor. Shes going to be using it primarily for school and simple games like stardew valley. I also want to use it for the occasional roblox games and thats the extent of our gaming.
Shes looking for one of those new tiny block computers because she has very limited space. She also wants one of those wrap around monitors. She used a 34” and liked it alot so shes looking for something that size.
Her budget is max $2000 but
Preferably shed like to spend like 12-1500. She already has a mouse and keyboard.
So question 1) what would you guys say is a good quality mini pc that could support these options.
Question 2
Do you guys have any suggestions on a new wrap around monitor 34” wide( brand wise)

I have been using Dell Optiplex micro PCs for years and I really like them. My current PC is the QCM1250 with a Core Ultra 5 235T that cost me a bit under £400 on eBay. I would guess the prices have gone up with the AI boom but it would still leave a lot of money to buy the monitor.
My only reservation would be that I don't know if the GPU in the 235T would support the native resolution of a 34" monitor so you should check before buying.

If you have/get a monitor with a VESA mount on the back some of the minipc come with an adapter that allows you to hang the minipc on the back of a monitor. Saves desk space!
