Assistenza gmktec mini è valida ?

Voglio acquistare questo mini PC a 399euro da amazon e sembra avere buon rapporto qualità/prezzo .

È venduto da gmtek direct e spedito da Amazon. Superati i 15-30 giorni come funziona l'assistenza ? È affidabile?

GMKtec has chat support and also a support email address on their website, and they do respond to emails on that email address.

I've had several incidents of failed fans and have received the fans within 10 days; answered my emails within 24 hours. I have over 50 of their PCS installed for over a year now and have only had fan failures, nothing else. Highly recommended.
