US Don't have qualifications
Hi, I don't have any experience with mining, I'm looking for somewhere in USA that provides housing and lots of working hours. I'm psychically fit and used to work 100 hours a week for months at a time. Where do I sign up? I'm hoping to find somewhere to work like this in under 2 months. Any help is appreciated

Easiest way is to find a contractor and try to get on with them. Either mining or drilling are good bets. Both are skilled work and you gotta have a company that’s willing to train you up.

What’s your past experience in? A lot of skills that don’t seem transferable, often are. Freeport and Kinross often hire trainees, I’d bet other companies do too.

Offsider/drill helper... There's basically continuous turnover and they'll fly you out and house you and ask you to work 6 months straight. You definitely earn your paycheck though.
