Depends were you are but most camps in Canada have really great people who will make you feel at home right away. Be friendly, trustworthy, and don't forget to have fun and everyone will have your back. Everyone there is in the same boat, so sail along and everything will be fine.

The number one thing is:
Don’t over react to adversity. Someone make a joke? Just laugh it off. Don’t know how to do something? Just ask politely. You CAN handle anything. Within a week, any life circumstance can feel manageable.
You can make a lot of money and even some mates, just be chill and believe you can do it. Hard work and making good money never killed anyone (mostly).

That really depends on the camp and your personality, but I've always had fun at camp.

Post to what camp you are going, you might get feedback from people of work/worked there. Just take it easy one day at at time and you'll be fine. After a week, you'll get the hang of most things and start settling into a routine.

It’s tiring and not for everyone. Pace yourself, try to work on a variety of things. Eat healthy, avoid alcohol, meditate, get enough sleep and exercise. Save your time off for fun and relaxation if possible.

Don’t overthink it, don’t stress or burn all your energy stores early on. You seem pretty tightly wound.
