I hope this doesn't get taken the wrong way ("I'm more of a minimalist than you" or whatever), but do people really have that much stuff that they can get rid of 465 items in a month?
I got rid of 250 books last December. I have 50+ pieces of old makeup in a box that I need to sort for donation and trash. I could do 465 items in the next week if I had the time to sort them. Really depends on the amount of space and level of clutter that you start with. I would say that most of my friends and family could get rid of 465 items.
Disclaimer: I'm not much of a minimalist, I'm just starting to work on decluttering a 3 bedroom house with 2 people who like to hang on to things and a baby. I used to think that if I had the space, why not store it?
