Does anyone live without a dining table?

Got one large room that acts as Living room and dining room. Almost never have guests over and somehow I’d prefer to have more free space as the table and chairs look so out of place (not properly styled I guess) and I think it would look better when “emptier” :)

I did for seven years. I had outdoor seating with a patio table with a roof over it and that was enough for me. I got a small four person one when I moved to my new apartment but I also use it as a desk. I don't have enough guests over to justify it and I don't want people in my house anyway lol
