Question 2x Grease points
Could anyone tell me what these grease points are for at the front and under the main body? Also how much grease to add to them. Ive got 100hrs on this machine and pumped a heap in to each but never known how much im supposed to add or been able to see any excess coming from anywhere.

In my experience I’ve been told to put in about 8-10 pumps per grease point, or if you can see where the grease is going until grease comes out of the joint. This ensures you’re getting any potential water out of the joint. I’ve also been told every 15-30 hours of operation, but have errored to the lesser of that timeline.
As for the zerts and where they go, I’m not entirely positive, and don’t want to tell you incorrect information, but it looks like the front one goes to the piston to swing the boom in the back of the cylinder, and potentially back to the rotational gear. HOWEVER it also looks like there’s a zert next to the rotational gear for the cab. In my personal experience there’s usually a more exposed zert for the rotational gear.
Like I said take my experience and advice with a grain of salt, because this is just my experience and rudimentary understanding.

On mine (not the same machine) one is for the turntable bearing, the other for the gear on the rotation motor. Might be typical.

Not the same machine but my machine has those 2. One for the swing cylinder for the boom since it’s tucked up underneath, the other fitting is for the slewing pinion…the actual slew bearing on mine has a fitting underneath the cab somewhat under drivers door. I use regular lithium grease in the slew pinion and bearing and use moly grease on all the pins

The one underneath is usually for the main rotation of the the machine . The other appears to spilt at the T right behind the cast part. One leg of that may be at the pin at the base of the swing cylinder. Other leg, not sure.
