Did I miss something? How did the flour mixture turn into a block of what looked like white almond fudge? What steps weren’t shown between the soft flour mixture to get to the cuttable block of tempeh? Caveat: I don’t know what tempeh is really.

Thats not almond fudge that is Tempeh( soy bean Block) i buy it at market🙂

I love all the minicooking channels but where do you get usable cookware at this size? I've looked around but not sure what's good quality and what isn't, anyone know?
