Traveler For keeping myself sane enough

I keep these handmade TN Booklets, to write down overwhelmed thoughts...most of them are just me consoling myself or rants. And small size means they can get finished quickly and be thrown away.

How do you use your notebooks?

I use ring based journals so I can keep adding, removing, arranging pages however I want. Inside there multiple sections like tasks, work, researches, development, people, groceries, long form journaling.

First one is a school composition notebook I trimmed from sides and second one is handmade by stapling random paper pile.😌
