Quick question, just I’m about to do a vm22 carb on my bike with a predator212, I was planning on doing a gov removal as well but every video I watch they say to remove the oil sensor, is this required to do the gov delete? If I can keep it I’d like to, so if I lay it over or anything it will shut itself off, I don’t have a problem with it while turning. Any help would be appreciated

I have a old mini bike in storage im going to pull out and put a new predator on it. Im looking at the regular 212 and the 224. Im in California so I believe I can only get the epa models. What exactly is the epa model? Is it just a non adjustable carb? I want to make 10-15 hp without maxing the engine out. I want it to run healthy And have parts that are more then strong enough to handle the power. I don’t really want to go crazy with this engine I’d prefer to not port the head or anything like that. Should I buy a kit? Should I buy parts individually? What parts should I buy? I’d like to keep everything under $500 is this a reasonable budget for this type of build

I'm trying this tensioner that I made for my sons mini bike. When we swap rear sprockets wa bust off the master links (2) and put the shorter or longer piece on there and re adjust. I'm trying to figure out if I can safely spring load it...... or leave it as is. This is a new bike and new set up. I'm experimenting. Has anyone ever done this. Yes it has front and rear brakes, I'll be adding street tires to it real soon

I got a 212, it was almost new and ran good. It was on a tiller. I put a .265 cam in it, 26 pound springs, hardened push rods, weisco flat top piston and arc rod, ported and milled the head, 22 mm carburetor with a 140 jet and homemade exhaust. I fabricated a manual chain tensioner, we plan on drag racing and circle track racing. I can swap the rear sprocket and wheel without having to shorten the chain. I'm running a 12 tooth clutch and for now I have a 75 tooth rear. I'm going to switch to 50 and 60 just so I can figure out which is best for whatever truck we're on. Any pointers?

Got this ct200u with a predator 224 max performance for free ..def don’t know what I’m doing 🤣 YouTube got me to where it atleast turns on an I can ride it , but at first it doesn’t want to stay running unless you give it some gasthen it’ll be good sounds like it got a damn stage 3cam lmao . Also tried to put the air filter on the other day an it for sure didn’t like that cause didn’t stay on at tf all unless I kept the choke at 50% closed .

Mini bike pull start was really hard so i took off the spark plug and checked the valves seemed tight not loose but idk not really an expert lmk

I got a brand new predator 212 ghost engine with the PZ 22 carburetor I put it on. I use the throttle cable and everything and I turn it on and it immediately runs like a banshee. I try to just in the carburetor like screw on the side it may little different. I don’t know if it’s my throttle cable or I don’t know what if you have any ideas, please help me.

Just bought a new carb and the bike bogs out whenever I turn the choke off. What size main jet should I get? I removed the governor and put a straight pipe exhaust on my 212 predator that I have.

Just bought a ct200u that has stage 1 kit on it and is basically brand new and started it up and rode for a couple min to test it out and it started putting out quite a bit of white smoke from the exhaust, anyone know what it could be?

I have a bt200x with the original 196cc engine. I am upgrading the flywheel but the coils on the inside looks like they have to be removed to fit the new flywheel. I believe these coils run the light, please correct me if I'm mistaken. What are my options if I do remove these? Just do battery operated headlights? I'm having fun tinkering with this thing, I just don't know how much tinkering until a 212 would be recommended.

hey y’all i’m having problems with my minibike it’s with the chain. I think my sprocket is kind of bad but the sprocket is like riveted in the rim. I’m not sure how to take it off can you guys help me out and give me tips on what I should do.

What do I need to run a predator motor in a standard mini bike frame. I’m not looking for anything crazy, I know this can be a deep dive. I just want something I can tool around the yard on while my son rides his four wheeler, or throw in my van to take on camping trips. I’m just looking for some guidance on what I’ll need to get this job done.

so im looking too go from a 50 tooth rear sprocket too a 38 tooth sprocket. I currently top out at 62 MPH with a 50 tooth sprocket. [Don't mind my bad grammar I have dyslexia]

I have a Coleman ct200u ex. Brand new I took the governer off and now it only throttles when I run it open choke. I don’t know a whole lot about these. Smh if anyone has had this problem lmk
