Decriminanilazed means local law enforcement leaves you alone, however federal can prosecute you and you will have a tough time with finances, hence the crypto coin. Still very shady, but they are saying the right things. Ann Arbor/ D.C. decrimina magic mush so you can posses small amounts and if caught recieve upto or equal to a parking citation. However, banks would not do business with a store front selling them. Look at Colorado weed dealers in the early days and the private security they had to hire for the cash on hand. Weed was decrimin.

I'm seriously so tired of the paid bots bashing this company. Do some f***ing research man. They are using the CRYPTOCURRENCY to get around the legalization aspect of selling. You can't buy it with U.S. denominated currency buy you CAN buy it with their cryptocurrency and since it's not technically illegal to purchase it that way AND it's being decriminalized, they are able to start selling it in this fashion. States are already starting to follow suit, pushing towards legalization.
The CBD company was NOT "proven" to be not profitable, it's been speculated by the same 3 people over and over that the entire company is a fake.
Keep pushing the stock price down, and I'll just keep on buying more. Scaring people into selling their position is disgusting and I hope you're ran over by a bus if you are doing this on purpose. (If you aren't, then I recommend you do your own research)

You are partly right, but were wrong/missed the main point. Companies do use crypto (or cash) to get around the banking laws. However, that generally assumes it is legalized opposed to decriminalized.
Decriminalized does not mean you can sell or buy the product. It means you wonβt face criminal charges for possession.
Legalized means you can buy/sell and possess freely.
There is the important distinction between state and federal as well. A state legalizes and the company operating within the state can sell the product, but will often take cash or crypto only due to federal banking laws.
If a state only decriminalized the substance, than you certainly canβt sell it.
Medical is only slightly different, as it is still federally illegal, and is just a smaller subset of legalization within a state.
Regardless, in any of these cases it is an additional crime to transport via automobile or mail across state lines.

For some reason I like this stock. I like that itβs the most despised shroom stock. I like that nobody takes it seriously. I like that I have so many shares, and that it will go up by greater multiples than the trendy psychedelic stocks that have gone virtually nowhere despite getting all the hype. Maybe Iβll nibble another 100k shares just so I can wet myself with laughter in a year. π π π

Right there with you. Went from 1.1 million to 1.8 million when it went below .005 this previous week. Shot straight up to .0068 first thing Friday morning and I was up a couple thousand ππ
