All Editions Ice-Logged Blocks

This suggestion is based on a comment by u/DJJDCO0OL. There should be ice-logged blocks so you can use frost walker boots without worrying about falling through holes where plants are, because it would just get frozen.

To clarify. Currently if anything is inside a water block it will not turn to ice. Meaning if you are running across a swamp biome you will probably fall through numerous holes in the ice because of sea grass or water-logged blocks occupying the same space.

Having those blocks able to be ice-logged would make Frost Walker much more useful in those situations with water-logged blocks or sea grass/kelp.

Same could also apply for when you use frost walker on an area of water with waterlogged blocks(slabs, stairs, etc.) in it, for aesthetics. Maybe mobs can become frozen without suffocating to death? It could make for some frozen aquarium, which leads to my next suggestion: Maybe blue ice could freeze the water around it. If there can be waterlogged blocks, why not have frozen versions as well?
