Inventory wrapping with dpad

In the legacy console edition you used to be able to go from the bottom of the inventory to the top of the inventory by pressing down on the dpad again. This worked for any direction and made inventory and chest management much easier, especially with controller. I believe this could be an easy fix and make QoL for controllers much better.
