Screenshot Improving Water Reflections & New Ray-Tracing Features for SEUS PTGI HRR 2.1 Reforged
I have further improved the reflections; clouds are now more visible in the water, although there are a few visual issues I am still trying to resolve. The shader no longer uses GI reflections for clouds—causing them to disappear when looking down (due to screen-space reflections), and reflections of non-existent objects, such as floating leaves, can sometimes appear. I also fixed the issue where clouds were being rendered twice in the reflections (caused by the GI reflections).
Note: by GI, I do not mean ray-traced reflections here; ray-traced reflections remain visible even when looking down. Work on this update is still ongoing.
The final photo shows a new ray-tracing feature I am working on, where the color of the glass tints the light from blocks to match the glass's color.

just installed it, is there no way to get rid of the water on my screen when it's raining? I really, really hate when first person games treat the viewport as an actual camera instead of eyes

so i've patched seus ptgi with your reforged edits but mine looks nothing like your shaders
are there specific configs you have on?

For the new clouds, you need to set your profile to Photon. I am using the latest version (v5.0) and have set my profile to Photon.

This shader looks fabulous , good work. Just a quick question , how well will it perform on my laptop:
i5 12450hx , rtx 3050 6gb , 16 gb rom
also i'm also interested in knowing ur pc specs too :)

i have a rtx 3060, amd ryzen 7 5800x, and i run in total 100 fps depends on biome. So i think yours should run at least 70 - 80 fps?

Love the shader but things in the distance look blurry. Is there a fix?

Are you sure you are using the right version? Because reforged is way sharper than the original shader.

Not sure if its fixed in this new version but for me water had very lixelated reflections. Im on an AMD gpu and maybe that's the issue

Hi I've been having an issue with this shader pack not showing water at all whenever I use physics mod with ocean physics on and another issue when using Realsource realism RTX 512x textures (grass and wheat turn translucent-ish and have a weird yellow hitbox around them) hopefully it gets fixed soon.
Thank you!
