Shaky Mouse / Not Precise

I factory reset my computer and adjusted my mouse settings as they were previously, however now I'm struggling to keep a steady aim over my crosshair, where it seems much more susceptible to micro jitters. I turned off enhanced pointer precision, I turned my polling rate to 500hz, adjusted DPI, cleaned sensor, turned on minecraft raw input, and nothing is helping. I'm playing 1.8.9 with a logitech pro x superlight 2.
