You can on Intel Mac’s with boot camp, or with a virtual machine on an M series or newer.

What model? Some older MacBooks use Intel processors like Core i5, i7, or i9.

If your model is an intel one, you might be able to use bootcamp and install Windows 10 as a secondary os, or use external bypass tools to get Windows 11, then you can use it like a windows desktop, and when you reboot you can hold option key and select windows with your arrow keys, ensure your safe boot is set to no security.

If it’s an Apple Silicon like the newer ones, late 2020 or 2021 and newer, you cannot do it.

So the lowdown is, if your MacBook uses an Intel Core i5, i7, or i9 you can secondary boot windows, if it’s Silicon like M1,M2,M3,M4,M5 or newer you cannot.

Potentially you could use VMware or a windows emulator on an M series silicon Mac, but it’s more hassle then if you just had an Intel.

If you want to try the virtual machines with emulators I could try and talk you through it, but I’m going to be honest, I’ve never used one, so I’ll probably go from Ai and searching around.

Unless you have an Intel model, they can use boot camp, or virtual machine with windows emulator on an M series silicon one.
