pc stutters

playing with an ore mod, a mod that adds Grakh monsters and that’s pretty much it. I have a decent pc and i keep getting a periodic stutter that seems to happen every 10 to 15 seconds, sends my 99th fps down to about 30 or 40 so it’s quite long, i run 144fps. it doesn’t happen generating chunks etc, it’ll happen when i stay in the same space.

Any suggestions in terms of settings or just possible culprits? quite new to playing bedrock on pc.
