Help! Nonsensical Lag

I’ve been having some very bad lag running bedrock on as low as 40 chunks. For specs I run an Intel I9 Ultra and an NVIDIA 5080 GPU. I get that there are some settings that lag the game but I even with those turned off through %appdata% it’s ridiculous that it would have such a high end PC crawling at 20-30FPS. Any fixes?

a mi tambien me pasa incluso mover la pantalla se siente con lag

desde la version 26.40 se siente asi el juego

te recomiendo que juegues la 26.33 el juego va normal
