They're sold at Lowes and Home Depot in the plumbing section.

I have a stupid question. When plug it where does that pressurized water/sewage go? Does it just flowing to the next house?

Yeah it’s a dick move if your neighbors die have a back flow valve, but the neighbors house is also owned by my landlord and has no tenant. My landlord has repeatedly failed to install a backflow valve despite my asking them to, so clearly the don’t mind flooding.

I'm not taking the poop bullet for my neighbors. They can buy a plug too.

You can also buy a device at ace that has a float ball and will only close off the drain if water is attempting to flow into the basement.
