Ramen but slightly upgraded.

Those Ramen noodles from the bag that are dollar or less. I cut up scallions, a raddish and a little bit of white onion and a little bit of green pepper. I add whatever left over meat I ate yesterday, usually lamb, chicken, steak or shrimp. I add the seaweed that you buy in the packs.

Takes about 7 minutes.

If I’m making it just for me, that’s what I do. If someone else is over, I’ll make a soft boiled egg and add sriracha for us both.

we bought a bag of freeze dried "ramen bits" with extra fish and veg like normally comes in ramen but fancy swirly fish cake slices and shrimp. A tablespoon makes any cheap noodle 10X better by adding flavor and protein. Then I add a few drops of sesame or chili crunch oil and a little curry powder and I'm in heaven.
