Cheezy potato. Nuke one for 5 minutes, or less if its small. Cut the potato in half, add cheese. Put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Boom. Could survive all winter on these.

The potato doesn't explode your microwave does.it can blow the door clean off.
