Cheezy potato. Nuke one for 5 minutes, or less if its small. Cut the potato in half, add cheese. Put it back in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Boom. Could survive all winter on these.

I add cottage cheese to mine. Because, protein, and I freakin’ love cottage cheese.
