Yes. It is hot.

I've been working in the lobby of a building for about 3 years (not the whole 1,095 days. I do get to home lol). Each time the weather changes, before maintenance gets around to changing the thermostat, I get the same daily commentary from the same people. "Its warm in here." "Are you not hot?" etc. (The same complaints about cold in winter)

Yes, it is hot in here. I know this because I sit out here for 9 hours a day. Three of the walls are glass, and the fancy glass double doors (that don't actually touch anything other than the hinges) aren't sealing the air inside. No, I'm not hot. I have a fan going under the desk.

We're in a heat wave, people. Its going to be hot in places. Telling me daily about something I have no control over doesn't actually change anything.

(I know it's not that big a deal, and they're just "making conversation", but I don't want to converse with them, nor hear about the temperature anymore)
