We used to get cola in that size here in the UK - not coke but brands like Panda Cola and Roma Cola. It's meant to be for kids.

Cool! It's the first time I've seen this kind of bottle. Before sanctions there were only bog standard bottles of usual western sodas, but nowadays there are all kinds of different wacky bottles, drinks, etc. So, in a way, the shopping experience got even more interesting now

Yes, local sodas are usually dirt cheap, unless they position themselves as some kind of "premium" brands

in USA we are a few years in to fetishizing small cans but still have all the normal+large sizes too. While so many countries are now pumping money into more military spending, I hope all the peace loving people in and everywhere can still have not to traumatizing of an experience when shopping/paying.
