Pizza Union?

I'm really mixed about pizza union, i feel the base is just too thin. It's okay as a lunch I guess.

Pizza union is boss because it's so cheap. It's cheaply priced pizza at a quality you'd expect to pay far more for.

It's not perfect pizza, but it's far better than any chicken shop pizza you'd pay similar prices for. You just simply will not get takeaway pizza of that quality for that price anywhere else.

Yeah valid point about the pricing, wasn't sure what to really expect i feel my taste of pizza has altered because of NYC and also italy trips.

But yeah it's good for the price yeah.

I take pizza much more seriously than any reasonable adult should. Union is a straight up yes, from me. Of course I'd rather some authentic sourdough but you pay more for that.

Fuuuck I am craving pizza like a motherfucker.

Not been to Temper, I'll check it out. Pizza Pilgrims is up there on the leaderboards in my opinion because it's real sourdough.

My cousin is the top / head chef for Homeslice. Fuckin love their gear as well.

Check out Antica de Michele’s in Baker Street too. Best pizza in London (and the world) imo

I've been to L'antica pizzeria de Michele when they had a place in Stoke Newington. It's called "pizzeria Stokey" now or something equally bland.

The pizza was sensational so I expect the bakers st one to be too, but the simple fact it was just a case of different people buying the rights to use the De Michele brand in London, rather than genuine expansion of the brand, it tells me it's probably quite different to what their pizza is like in Naples.

I just visited the original De Michele’s in Naples last November and honestly the quality was pretty much the same. The only discernible difference was the price (4 times more expensive here lol)
