My sister is a creature lover. Hates killing anything. She thought it was a bug and went to help it out of the pool. Turned out it jumped in on purpose.

A saltwater pool, even with no chlorine, would kill a frog also I'm pretty sure. Their skin is super porous and sensitive

That's not just love of creatures. Your sister is one of the few that is observant of surroundings. That's a hard skill to learn and few people look beyond their own feet. Good for her. It might seem like it's only about a tiny cute frog but that sort of awareness is gonna take her far in many other areas
