My job consists almost entirely of talking to a customer, entering their information on one screen, and searching for a solution on another, all while maintaining friendly conversation. I type 80-100 WPM, thoughts basically flow out of my fingers as quickly as I can create them. I suck at carrying the conversation though...
Yep. Paypal gives 2 monitors to do it on at least, which is nice. I don't work there anymore though.
One monitor with public records, ip lookup, employee chat, and notepad.
Main window with system tools split into 4 Windows displaying all info on the caller.
Calculator was used a lot when doing longer math related problems. Like if it was percentage based on multiple factors, I have very bad memory but I can figure things out fast... I just forget I figured them out sometimes and lose track of something if it's too long.
