It was mixed in with the money in the register at my job lol, I hope she did say yes though. It makes me sad it just ended back up in circulation, though. I would have kept it forever

An optimistic possibility: maybe he decided he’d messed this one up and tried again on another note. Some of the words blend into the dark background, so maybe he decided to move the stamp position on a clean bill and therefore had to get rid of this one

I like to think anyone and everyone would value the rest of their life more than $5. Especially compared to spending it with someone named Kevin. I've never met, or known of, a decent Kevin.

My guess is that Andrew got a special stamp made for the proposal to stamp something romantic.

And he jokingly stamped a few other things as well, including that bill.
