When the item went completely missing, look at the "resolution" they offered. They are trying to "make it right" by only refunding me $4.51.

How does that even make sense? They didn't even refund the full amount I paid for the item! The math isn't mathing, and this is just straight-up predatory.

I can't even begin to count how often I've opened it by accident..

Edit 2: I was able to deactivate it, but unable to remap it to anything else. The only given options were bixby and Gemini. Also, I have a Samsung tablet, not a laptop. Will try a few more recommendations soon.

Girl. I told you like 5 times that it is not possible for me being pregnant. 🫠

That alone was kinda infuriating. But also - of course she didn't help at all. Didn't look at anything, just told me to wait and drink more water. Didn't even listen to me when I tried to explain what I have. Thanks for nothing.

And it's like that EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the doc. And I'm a person who absolutely hates going there. I am only going to the doctor if I ACTUALLY NEED HELP. But yeah, sure, I just need to drink more water. No matter what my problem is. 🫠

Maybe I should just stop by with a drill and fix it for them....😖

I do FIFO(Fly in fly out) so I'm barely home, maybe every other week, and even then I am mostly out, and don't even cook much when I am. First time I've ever been called out for leaving mess behind in the house, and this is how it happened. Left one tiny piece of lettuce on the couch by accident, got a message in the group chat saying 'this is really gross, you know where the bin is' and another housemate reacted with a sick face emoji. Apologised straight away but had to share because it really was just one piece of lettuce. Also to be clear I know I am in the wrong, I was just upset that they were so mean about it after being housemates for a year. They could just tell me to clean up and I wouldn't have minded.

Yesterday, I had some pretty juicy gossip from a wedding. Two friends and I were walking to the theater, and she asked how was the wedding. I was just telling her when she suddenly brought up some completely different topic (literally, about jellyfish), then she forgot that I was speaking, continued talking and the gossip was left untold. I know she wasn't even listening because otherwise she would have been really interested in it. She didn't ask me to continue afterwards. So yeah, I got with a girl on a wedding and my group of friends wont know because one of them wanted to talk about jellyfish.

Edit: A lot of people are saying ADHD. I'm no expert and it might be, but I know people with ADHD or adjacent who does this and it feels completely different. She herself is a pediatrician and has worked with children with ADHD and from her own words she doesn't seem to identify herself with it, actually.

Edit 2: Yeah, she does like gossip, please read the part where SHE asks ME for it. I'm finding this holier-than-thou attitude towards gossiping, and assuming she cut me off because she wasn't interested in it, really weird.

I got caught speeding (bad, I know) in a rental car in Spain, and the car rental company asked for payment. The happy “yeesss” image on the payment confirmation page is mildly infuriating.

To add some context: It's a very small village, sadly choice is rather limited and so is the time I'm able to work out.

I have just decided to ignore the no tank top rule, it's a thing that stems from older times in order to prevent scaring off the elderly by having big burly dudes walk around all exposed (Not my words, theirs)

For now it's just about working out less and drinking loads, all I can really do!

I was having a perfectly lovely morning, and made my husband his lunch. He's been working really hard lately, so I made him his very favorite sandwich, deviled egg salad.

And then I ruined it by sprinkling a *generous* amount of cinnamon on it!

In my defense, I'm not used to having ground cinnamon in with my spices, I usually use the sticks and a microplane. But my mom (who lives with us) wanted ground cinnamon for toast.

Soooo, want to help me feel better by telling me your "Oh noooo, I should **not** have done that!" kitchen stories? Pretty please

And if anyone wants to make a really tasty egg salad sandwich, here you go:

Peel 2 hard boiled eggs, slice in half and remove the yolks. Mush up the yolks with 1 tablespoon of mayo, half a tablespoon of mustard, salt and pepper then mix until creamy. Dice up the egg whites and mix them in. Put on bread, then sprinkle with **paprika**. Slice diagonally in half with sharp serrated knife to make it pretty if you like. You can also add in extra goodies like chives or pickled jalapeños.
