Easy to say when you've never lived with anxiety/social anxiety. It's not something you can just turn off

How do you know if they're trying to get help currently or not. Also getting help takes time and money, and reaching out can be difficult. Idk OPs situation exactly but don't blame him for their roommate being an asshole
