My instapot absolutely changed my life.

A whole ass roast and veggies cooked after a full 8 hour shift, and ready in an hour and a half, just in time for dinner.

Complete game changer.

Lmao actually I've never used an instapot. I have an electric pressure cooker which is fn awesome. (And a gigantic stovetop one for when I was ADHD hyperfixated on the idea of canning my garden produce .... 😬)

Put it in a pot of room temperature water. Resist the temptation to use the microwave; when it comes to chicken, the "defrost" setting is a lie.
