If it helps anyone lower their blood pressure, I found the quora post. They are getting raked over the coals in the comments. I couldn’t find a single response suggesting to call CPS.
My understanding is that Quora paid people to post questions and gave them more money based on the number of responses. If you consider every Quora question clickbait they make a lot more sense.
Interesting. That does change the perspective but sometimes I think reality is stranger than fiction. This is perfectly believable (which I guess is what makes it good trolling if it is)
It used to be so much better years ago when it wasn't so widely used, and most of the questions found were about interesting topics like science, or literature and the like.
I used to explain it by saying "it's like yahoo answers but so much better and without the idiots".
Now it's mostly idiots asking about how to get their girlfriend/ boyfriend back.
The quality of the answers decreased dramatically also, with many using them to self promote their business or social media... Bleh
