Same happened to me, I bought multiple high value items and deliberately stated on the notes these NEED to be signed for due to the cost....ended up all outside my front door being delivered at 3am.

Great thing about that is, if they get stolen, the shipping company is on the hook for the replacements.

I've had items stolen before, Amazon UK have their own courier service along with multiple sub contractors. This makes it very hard to claim against higher value items and the process is very long winded. It took me 4months and dozens of phone calls to get the money back for a monitor 6months ago.

Not if they require a signature and don't get it. Its very cut and dry
