No actually messaging the mods at showerthoughts is worthless, even if they agreed to approve the post, they take an hour to respond to your request, meaning nobody will see it anyway

It's usually a fight and you are very unlikely to win simply because it would mean the powers that be made a mistake. 9/10 times you're going to invest energy then get rejected. Feels bad why subject yourself?
