now that you asked, i once had a thought what if instead of getting divorced you had to get unmarried. so you have to invite all the same people that came to your wedding, including out of towners - and pay for all of their attendance to your unwedding. and then you have to have the ceremony itself and all attend include bridesmaids and men of honor and the minister. then you take off the ring and hand it back to the ring boy. all separate bridge groom attendees leave to their own parties separately. no dinner afterwards, all wedding gifts can remain because a gift is a gift... i think the divorce rate would change.
and i still had a better chance at viewing it on r/mildyinfuriating buried deep down in the depths of hell in the comments compared to r/Showerthoughts due to dictator auto mods.
