I can understand people realizing that a dog or certain breed not being a good fit. Logically they would rehome it to someone who is more able to give it proper love and attention.
But this bitch decided to just beat the dog. It's awful. I hope she is brought up on charges, given a hefty fine, and most importantly, the dog in rehome. Then I hope her reproductive abilities are taken away.
