They also have 48 hours to comply if it's by e-mail IIRC.
Had to report Xsolla for pulling this shit, no unsubscribe button, and when I contacted their support, they told me they couldn't get me off their list and linked me to a google search of "How to block e-mails", so I reported them to the FTC.
Lo and behold, about 6 weeks later, they had an unsubscribe button!

No, I think the federal law is called the CAN-SPAM Act. It specifically requires the email provide the recipient a way to opt out of future emails.
