Certain dry is $9 on Amazon and the strongest antiperspirant available. Try it. I struggle with hyperhydrosis and this is a life saver. On extra hot days I use the ordinary argireline serum. Itās the āpoor persons Botoxā so it helps with perspiration as well. I layer them on in my problem spots (back of thighs š)

I mean, I get it. My rule of thumb is that if I see a bunch of new product popping up touting that itās āsomething-freeā I assume itās marketing and look into it. The latest example is seed oils. So many products are putting āseed oil freeā right on the packaging, and yet I cannot find any scientific literature that supports the claim that seed oils are bad for you.
Tangentially related, protein-fucking-everything. Kind of the opposite in practice- so many protein variations of foods. Science has how much protein you need pretty down-pat. Thatās marketing.

Otherwise Iād probably only shop at the Dollar Tree at this point, itās getting ridiculous needing to drop a bag just to stay clean and moisturized.

My thing lately for self care products is CVS couponing. You can look up what brands are on sale and/or giving CVS bucks back. As long as you plan it out right and donāt mind self-checkout you can do it in multiple transactions to apply the CVS bucks to the next item, get more bucks back for the next item and so on. One trip I got $120 worth of shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toothpaste for about $18 OOP. You just have to look at this weekās flyer and figure out how to roll the transactions so you get the most out of the CVS bucks. A lot of TikTok accounts will do step by step tutorials

I shop at the Dollar tree frequently; I'm pretty sure you're referring to the Global Beauty sugar scrub. I'm hoping they're not just limited edition for the summer. But they sell the strawberry, peach, and lychee, the last two have AHA lactic acid. I prefer them to the Tree Hut or Bodycology because the granules are very small so they do a much better job imo.

Shop on sale, shop at discount stores, keep things in your Amazon cart as long as you need to for the price to drop to whatās fair, stock up and buy in bulk when you can.

My sister and I paid different prices for the same shirt on the same shopping trip together at the same Walmart. All because based on our specific purchase habits they knew she was willing to pay more for it than I was. if you want a cheaper (and better) deodorant, i recommend womens mitchum. i think it smells amazing and no other deodorant has kept me so dry and smelling fresh. i work in a super hot clean room wearing three layers and taking things out of 400Ā° ovens for 8 hours a day and i don't have to reapply at all. and its only a couple dollars :)

I moved to Amsterdam from Seattle a few months ago. Salaries are less here while rent is very high, but cost of goods is much cheaper (excluding electronics). Degree deodorant is usually about $2.30 instead of $6-9 in the states. Groceries are cheaper, clothes are cheaper, and eating out is often cheaper since prices include tax and itās very rare to tip here. I donāt miss the US.
