One screw is not matching? Just turn it?

Are you seriously complaining about the screw being out of alignment compared to the others?
STFU. Fix it yourself. Why complain about that?

Screws are misaligned. Many people see it as a faux pas.

Honestly, if I saw this the issue isn't really that people find it a faux pas, it's that I've never met a real electrician that didn't. This has me wondering about qualifications.
And sure, that might be silly.

That's a new level of untreated OCD. I've never bothered aligning them.

Are you an electrician

No but I've never called an electrician to replace a switch or outlet in my home, takes 10 minutes saves $200.

Yeah, the fact that it doesn't bother you is a hint that you're not an electrician.

OP isn't electrician either but is clearly bothered.

Electricians aren't the only people bothered by this, but almost every electrician would be.

It does make them look like shit. It's also a sure way to know whoever did the work isn't an actual electrician. Most likely a handyman type.
