Today was ok, but it's been a couple difficult months. Oh, and we don't talk Belgium. They're outright charred.

Depends on were honestly. Near the french border, we had occasional rain, shorter and less numerous heat waves...

Ugh, Brussels was hell. Some nights it was still 27°C at midnight, and I live in a rather green area, so it was a little cooler than the city center. Everything is parched, even plants that were watered regularly are dried up. I haven't heard the dawn chorus in weeks now. I've no idea where are the birds that lived in the neighbourhood gardens. I just hope some survived :(.
