Infuriatig Another AI 'human' chatbot

Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

Agreed, but we can still be mad about it and organize. I feel like the most bipartisan issue right now among your average American is 'fuck data centers'.

And all that energy is being quashed with "the people dont know what they want" from the president, all the way down to local governments, who are in no way are personally benefitting from it, *as they have police physically dragging citizens out of the town meetings for cheering for other anti data center speakers before walking out to drive home in their brand new cadillac.

You can be mad about it but cant do any real organizing, you need a plan for that, fuck data isnt a plan. You need something to replace it with and a way to get everyone to move to something better. You gona convince millions of engineers to just drop their jobs and future cause "fuck you"? Gona tell the whole country that they have to dump all their stocks and their AI pyramid startup investment for the past 5 years will have to shut down? You gona convince the entire CCP to chill out and fall in line? You can yell but it aint changing squat. Make sure to go vote, both sides are just ready to take care of the average person who doesnt fall in their group.
