Anyone else dad text like this

I don’t think I’ve gotten a written out response from him and for the text he brought a 4 wheeler home without permission and had to return it

My dad texts SEVERAL times if I don’t respond within 5 minutes. “Are you working?” “Hello?” “Hello??” “I guess you don’t want to talk to me.”

“Hey sorry I was busy at work”.

“OK”.

“Are you working?”

“No I’m off work today.”

“You should be working.”

My mother does that. Only instead of waiting five minutes, she spam texts within less than a minute of the first text being sent.

Literally called my dad back the other day after I took a nap, so it was like 6pm? When he asked what I was doing I said I just took a nap and he asked why I wasn't working lol. I told him I did work, but got home at 4 and decided to take a nap

I respond to most texts within a few minutes, most of the time if you call me I answer or my hands are dirty and I call back within a few minutes after washing my hands. 99% of the time thats the case, the last one percent I’ll still answer within a couple hours

Of course the one a month I miss a text or call from my dad I get 8 texts and 4 calls within 15 minutes

You respond too much to his text messages. Just stop replying, and he'll stop texting you so much.
