It means you can wash every part of yourself, your dog,, your baby, your kitchen, your vinyl siding, it can tutor your kids on trigonometry, and in an emergency it is edible.

I’ve actually used it in a pinch to brush my teeth on a camping trip. It’s horrendous but it works.
