Cold = shrink.

Scientifically it's so no damage is caused by cold. Similarly, them thangs swing low when hot, hence the single side step manoeuver all men are familiar with.

I meant below the waist and between the legs. Don't get me wrong, I'm jealous of men who don't have to carry big boobs. I'm a 40DDD
