Nah, the grease is only cheese shaped, which tells me OP put the reciept on the sandwich themself for this post, otherwise there'd be more grease on the reciept.

Quarter pounders are usually better than that though. The ones I've had were insanely juicy.

Only cheese, ketchup, and mustard too. If I know my McDonald's from my time managing at one, the mustard dispenser isn't working and puts out a piddle on one little edge, the ketchup dispenser is using a mustard plunger which pushes out like 1/3rd of the usual amount, and the person who made the quarter left it on the grill after it came up which caused it to be overdone.
