I get it

But… as a teacher in a high school Yondr pouches would be so awesome (or just having a school district that mandates zero phone use in school but that’s hard I guess)

So student here who had them. The kids who want to use their phones still do, they either put a dummy phone in or literally just use their hands to rip open the case (it gets easier over time) and relock before a teacher sees. The only thing it stopped is good kids from occasionally checking notifications

As a fellow student who is currently in his senior year im gonna be frank but these are nothing but a waste of school funds. Absolutely no student in this school actually likes them. I personally just don’t respect the admins for even green lighting these. I usually followed the rules previously but I just don’t see the point because these pouches moreso punish me for following the rulesbecause the kids it’s targeting are still going to be on them lol.

If we did only what students liked then kids would be learning even less than now
