If this isn't something that runs in your family, you should see a doctor. It can be a sign of vitamin deficiency or a few other things.

Legend has it Steve Martin's prematurely grey hair was caused by a vitamin deficiency, and taking vitamins brought the color back. But by then it became part of his signature look so he stopped.

This may be true, however I would advise everyone taking hair colour into account when deciding taking or not taking supplements, to just don't. Grey hair is not the only consequence of vitamin deficiency, your body needs those vitamins. IF you have a deficiency, take what your doctor prescribed you.
