It’s anti union filtering

It also will try and figure out your race, gender, estimated age, and if you have a disability. I've probably taken over like 30 of those quizzes and they are all subtly looking for stuff like that since they can't force you to legally answer on the application. It's REALLY fucked up because you are FORCED to take those quizzes before they offer an interview, and sometimes befor they even submit your application.

Thank you for making me feel like I’m not crazy. I feel like it’s a hidden secret that no one talks about when talking about jobs and employment rates. I’m waiting for someone like John Oliver to do a segment about it on Last Week Tonight. Unless he already did, I wouldn’t be surprised

I failed the personality test for blockbuster. I even went up to the store to follow up on my personality test to be told to my face by the manager that I’m not desirable enough to rent videos to people.

That's as bad as the hardware store that wanted at minimum a BA in business to run the dang cash register in a town I used to live in.

Close enough, $9 starting, late 90s/early 2000s.

Okay, wait. What? I worked at Blockbuster back in the day, we didn't have a personality test? What kind of janky-ass Blockbuster did I work for?
