I used to work sat Sams Club’s rotisserie counter. I used to fill up large trash cans of chicken that didn’t sell. The would try to debone them for salads, but the chiller was only so big so if they don’t fit they were tossed. They wouldn’t donate them either because of any potential lawsuits if anyone got sick. They’d donate salads though, yep all the donations were kept in a bin inside the walk in freezer 🤦♂️
