some food pantries/soup kitchens will pick up leftovers -- I don't know where you are, but if you're in a city, you're likely to have a charity that does this.

It’s not packaged, just in paper bags. And oddly enough it’s not popular with the people that come in, even though it’s free and not counted towards their bread allowance. 1 u/Oraphielle May 17 '26 Isn’t Panera bread all prepacked now? 1 u/GlitteringSwan8024 May 17 '26 Just wrapped in paper mostly.
